Dog Exercise Area

Here at Wild Rose we can’t concentrate solely on our human guests. Those dapper dogs have also be considered.

Although dogs must be kept under control and on a lead within the park grounds, Wild Rose has set aside an exercise area where they can run around freely, stretch their legs and let off steam.

And if they get a little dirty, there is a dog shower to help to clean them off. Bags are provided free of charge to clean up any accidents and at various points across the park are specially designated waste bins. 

There are many local footpaths and bridleways, in the vicinity of Wild Rose Park, with streams and forestry where the dogs can have a good rummage around.

We like to remind customers to abide by the rules of the Countryside Code; copies can be picked up in the information room.
