Rates

Larger than our existing pitches, able to offer the discerning family the greatest possible comfort and privacy, whether using a tourer or motor caravan. The unit goes on a hard standing and there is a gravel area for the awning. Hedged and walled for privacy, and with its own area of grass, amenities include your own water and waste water points, individual electricity point, (unlike other pitches, the cost of an awning is included in the pitch fee). There is also a patio with garden furniture, lighting and plug for TV aerial.

SUPER PITCH RATES, to include outfit plus two people, plus awning AND ELECTRIC. (Further people and dogs at the same rates as on our standard pitches). NORMALLY only bookable on a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BASIS. If you would like to use a Super Pitch for a shorter period, please ask at reception on arrival. Please note that barbeques are no longer provided on Super Pitches and that some Bargain Breaks do not apply to Super Pitches.

(We will normally ask you to vacate your pitch BY 12 noon - please check at reception on day of departure. Please do not arrive BEFORE 2 P.M.).

All prices include VAT at rates applicable at 1st December 2007.

CHARGES ARE INCLUSIVE OF: HOT WATER TO BASINS, SHOWERS AND WASHING UP SINKS. USE OF HEATED SWIMMING POOL WHICH
WILL NORMALLY BE OPEN DURING SUMMER MONTHS. ALL OUTDOOR GAMES (FREE LOAN OF EQUIPMENT) PITCH AND PUTT,
TABLE TENNIS, DRAUGHTS, CHESS, BADMINTON, INDOOR TEENAGERS ROOM AND JUNIOR PLAY ROOM, ADVENTURE PLAY AREA.

TOURING TARIFFS 2007

Rates are based on 2 persons, with unit, electric hook up, 1 car per night.

Dogs are charged at £1.50 per night.

Awnings/ Pup Tents/ Gazebos/ Additional Cars are charged at £3.00 per night.

Walker / Cyclist per person - Special Rate £6.50 per night

Reservation Deposit - to confirm your booking we require a £10.00 per night plus booking of £2.50. Any amendments will incur a £2.50 charge. Full payment of the booking must be paid 28 days before arrival

Notes:

1. We are unable to accept bookings for just Saturday and Sunday nights on Easter, Spring Bank, May Day,and August Bank Holidays.
   
   
2. We are not able to book individual pitches or pitches together. Tents are pitched alongside Tourers on a grass area.
   
   
3. Cancellation Arrangements: Deposits may be transferred to a future booking in full or 80% refunded less booking fee, if a minimum of 2 weeks notice is given. No refunds are given on unused nights or other reasons out of our control, e.g. weather.
   
   N.B Reservations are advisable for all high season periods. (Please Note: We require pitches to be cleared by 12 noon when it is necessary to accommodate incoming visitors. It is also advisable during Bank Holidays and High Season not to arrive before 12 noon)

SEASONAL RATES

Summer Season - There are only a few pitches left for the coming summer season for a caravan no more than 22ft long.

SPECIAL NOTE

Vehicle access to the Park is via a security control point. Unless by prior arrangement there is no vehicle entry to Wild Rose between the hours of 10.30 pm and 8.00 am.

Please use the late arrivals area at the Park entrance. Security bollards are generally in use between dusk and 8.00 am. The Warden can be contacted to operate the barriers up until 10.30pm using an intercom system.

Terms

1. Reservations are advisable for all high season periods.
   
   
2. Reservation deposit – confirm your booking £10 per night plus £2.50 booking fee. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
   
   
3. Minimum 3 night stay during bank holidays.
   
   
4. We are not able to guarantee individual pitches or pitches together.
   
   
5. Tents are pitched alongside tourers on a grass area.
